I have successfully completed EMDR Europe Accredited Standard Training, covering Levels 1, 2, and 3, as well as the required practicum and supervision. I completed the internationally recognised Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) workshop with LivingWorks. This program provides practical tools for identifying individuals at risk of suicide and intervening effectively in a supportive, compassionate way.
